Soul legend Gladys Knight was recently hospitalized, leading to the cancellation of her scheduled performances in Florida. The 79-year-old singer, known affectionately as the 'Empress of Soul,' was set to perform at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, over the weekend.
